Intelligence:
Intelligence is the ability to mix and match, add, subtract, divide and multiply, twist and turn, associations of knowledge in the mind. Which in itself can create new knowledge, destroy previous knowledge or confirm old knowledge.

Knowledge:
Knowledge is the accumulation of data stored over a lifetime within the confines of the mind. This may be through formal education, informal education (family, friends, lovers, associates), through intelligence or through the emotions (which also uses intelligence).
